Sometimes counseling is having someone walk alongside and support you as you persevere through tragedy. Sometimes it’s developing new ways to overcome old cycles of abuse or discovering perspectives that change your life. Throughout my work with individuals, couples, and groups, I have loved working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, and anger. I look forward to seeing more individuals experience change and true flourishing.
