Every person’s journey is different, and I am committed to exploring your story with respect, trust, and curiosity. I have experience walking alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Specifically, I enjoy supporting those experiencing depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Healing begins when we are seen and heard, and is sustained as we move towards meaningful progress.
