Every person’s journey is different, and I am committed to exploring your story with respect, trust, and curiosity. I have experience walking alongside children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Specifically, I enjoy supporting those experiencing depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Healing begins when we are seen and heard, and is sustained as we move towards meaningful progress. Wherever you are on your path, I’ll meet you there- believing that light shines even in the darkest places.
