They are addiction experts that have specific giftings and experiences to walk you through a personal process that could leave you feel exhausted and full of shame. At Alethia, we fight negativity and walk shoulder-to-shoulder with you as you overcome what you once thought was impossible. Not to mention experiencing the refreshing empathy that your struggles need to make it through these circumstances. We want to know your story. We will celebrate with you on the days you conquer what has stolen too much from you. We will support you on the days that you don’t.

Regardless of what led you here, congratulations on taking this meaningful step toward healing and growth. I believe that wounds formed in relationship can also be healed through relationship. My hope is that our work together will help you process past pain, develop tools to reach your goals, and ultimately become a version of yourself that you feel proud of and connected to.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I regularly incorporate EMDR, IFS (parts work), and somatic therapy into my work. For those who desire, faith can also be integrated into our sessions. I am a Christian and am open and welcoming to clients of all beliefs.
