They are addiction experts that have specific giftings and experiences to walk you through a personal process that could leave you feel exhausted and full of shame. At Alethia, we fight negativity and walk shoulder-to-shoulder with you as you overcome what you once thought was impossible. Not to mention experiencing the refreshing empathy that your struggles need to make it through these circumstances. We want to know your story. We will celebrate with you on the days you conquer what has stolen too much from you. We will support you on the days that you don’t.

Regardless of what led you here, congratulations on taking this big step towards your growth and healing. I believe that if we’ve been hurt in relationship, we can heal through relationship. My hope is that our journey together will help you gain clarity and tools for reaching your goals and becoming the best version of yourself. While I work with a variety of issues, I specialize in trauma, grief, and relational issues utilizing EMDR, walk and talk therapy, and play therapy, in addition to others. My intention is that the safety of my office (in-person or virtual) will be a part of the healing process for you.
