The following East Texas counselors specialize in addiction. They are addiction experts that have specific giftings and experiences to walk you through a personal process that could leave you feel exhausted and full of shame. At Alethia, we fight negativity and walk shoulder-to-shoulder with you as you overcome what you once thought was impossible. Not to mention experiencing the refreshing empathy that your struggles need to make it through these circumstances. We want to know your story. We will celebrate with you on the days you conquer what has stolen too much from you. We will support you on the days that you don’t.

Life can be challenging as we navigate our various struggles, and I would be honored to walk with you through part of your journey. There are times when you may be wrestling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, unresolved conflict, marital conflict, or various other issues, and you need some assistance unraveling your story, developing coping skills, finding your strengths, and moving toward healing and a brighter future. After years of counseling and working with families, women, and children in various settings, I knew that the Lord was calling me into professional counseling; therefore, I am pursuing my clinical mental health counseling degree. I have been married for 37 years, and now have an empty nest, which is giving me more time to devote to my clients. I am working through my practicum and internship and am being supervised by Chris Legg, LPC-S.
