Our symbol is the compass, because our goal is to better navigate all people asking for help. Not to lead the way, but to move forward together. Making the decision to come to counseling (as well as the counseling process itself) can be difficult. Everyone needs some counseling from time-to-time, but it takes a certain amount of health to get it! We applaud you for looking. Here is some information about us that will hopefully help you move toward making a wise, informed decision.

LPC-Associate, supervised by Jennifer Cain, LPC-S, RPT-S
My role isn’t to be the expert on your life but to be in a partnership with you. I will meet you where you’re at and reciprocate each effort you put into attaining your goals. Together, we’ll work toward developing skills that foster fuller relationships, healthy behaviors, and emotional self-sufficiency.

Certified Spiritual Leadership Life Coach
Life can be overwhelming and often painful, leaving us feeling incapable of moving forward. My passion is coming alongside women, providing space for them to explore and encouraging them to connect their hearts with the heart of God, which leads to transformation. I have a deep love for people and seek the presence of God through prayer. I consider it a privilege to partner with you on this journey.

LPC-Associate, supervised by Chris Legg, LPC-S
Life can be challenging as we navigate our various struggles, and I would be honored to walk with you through part of your journey. There are times when you may be wrestling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, unresolved conflict, marital conflict, or various other issues, and you need some assistance unraveling your story, developing coping skills, finding your strengths, and moving toward healing and a brighter future. After years of counseling and working with families, women, and children in various settings, I felt called to pursue my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am now an LPC-Associate, supervised by Chris Legg, LPC-S. I have been married for 37 years, and now have an empty nest, which is giving me more time to devote to my clients. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (https://acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com/). You are not meant to walk through your challenges alone; therefore, please reach out, and let’s work together to achieve your mental health goals. Please click below to make your appointment. Wendy's rate is $90 per session.
Think “two pairs of shoes.”
It refers to a person that comes to walk alongside others.
Too many people attempt to journey down all the paths alone. There are times, and paths, when we need someone alongside to encourage, support, and help us.
