I believe everyone has a unique story worth hearing and exploring, and the way we live our lives is often influenced by the stories we are told and believe about ourselves and others. I take great joy in helping people clarify their goals and values, using genuine conversations to help people process through the things in life that are most important to them. Whether someone comes in with specific goals, or just feels like they might get something out of counseling, I’m excited to sit with them and listen.
